At Go Glycol Pros, we strive to ensure every order meets your industrial cooling and heating needs. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping any products back to our warehouse.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals remain intact and the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Ship the Product

  Send the package via a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our team; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the product for quality assurance, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
